Terms and Conditions

If you require an item despatching urgently (ie Next Day Delivery) we can offer this service depending on current workload. An additional charge of £5.40 will be added for this service. Please contact us on 0845 224 8074 (Mon – Fri 9am – 5pm) to discuss this option. Calls are charged at local rates from UK landlines.

Orders outside the UK will be sent via Airmail.

All prices include the cost of UK postage.

For Overseas Orders the shopping cart will display and add the correct shipping to your order when the destination is selected.  

Despatch times

For Handmade items delivery time as stated on product listing

All other products up to 7 days

Orders placed after 5pm are counted as being placed on the following working day (ie. Order placed Wednesday 9pm with a despatch time of 2 working days - the order is classed as received Thursday and will be despatched by Monday at the latest)

For Special Unlisted Orders despatch time will be as discussed at time of order

The above times are approximate, please be aware that due to circumstances beyond our control the delivery times may be longer.


Materials

The appearance of colours and textures on this website may be affected by your computer or display and should be accepted as a guide only. If you require a specific match we suggest requesting a product sample first.

Secure Payments

Costume Cabin use Google Checkout or Paypal to process your Credit/Debit card payment. They automatically encrypt you confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).   Please note: You will not see the padlock logo to say that your payment is secure until you reach the Google or Paypal checkout information pages.


Returns Policy

costumecabin.co.uk follows the distance selling regulations 2000 (UK).   This means that you may return any off-the-shelf item to us for a full refund (excluding delivery charges) within 7 days of delivery providing the item is new and unused (and in original undamaged packaging).   Please note that Custom-Made items (any item where a customer chooses their own length and waist size) are excluded from this and may only be returned if faulty or not as specified.  

Remittance Terms

All prices are shown in GBP (Pounds Sterling) Payment in full must be sent with all orders. If payment is made by cheque an additional 7 days will be added to the specified delivery times to allow for full clearance of   the cheque.  

If you are shopping from outside the UK, your credit card will be charged in GBP and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

Please note that Costume Cabin cannot be held responsible for the content of our linking partners websites as this is out of our control and impossible to monitor.   We do take care not to link with websites of an adult nature or any other website that is likely to offend.   If you do find that a link from the Costume Cabin website leads to any unsuitable or offensive content on another site please do not hesitate to contact us and we shall remove the link immediately.
